Vi ber dig fylla i nedanstående information så att vi kan handlägga din ID06-ansökan. Du måste ha ett Cool Company konto för att kunna ansöka om kortet.

Kostnader:
- Ansökan och förnyelse: 750 sek per styck
- Kontroll av rätt att arbeta + ansökan och förnyelse: Totalt 1500 sek
- Uppdatering av uppgifter för ansökan pga. felaktigt lämnade uppgifter: 250 sek per ändring

Ovanstående kostnad kommer att dras av på din lön.

APPLICATION ID06 CARD

We ask you to fill in the information below so that we can process your ID06 application. You must have a Cool Company account in order to apply for the card.

Pricing:
- Application and renewal: 750 SEK each
- Verification of right to work + application and renewal: Total 1500 SEK
- Updating of application details due to incorrectly provided information: 250 SEK per change

Any add-ons such as verification costs at Sistec should be paid at Sistec office. If these were to be invoiced to us, then we will charge you the actual cost of verification plus 250 sek for the administration associated with it.

The same applies if we are required to order your ID06 card with prio production (495 sek)

The application cost will be deducted from your salary.
